  1. Going to dust off my spiralizer. Seems like a great way to meet that “Half Your Plate” goal. I love veggies, yet do not always do a good job of making them appear on the plate. Great collection! Diane from Kitchen Bliss

    • Yes, dust it off, Diane! I think the ‘half your plate’ of veggies goal is just about right, but hard consistently without giving it some thought! I aim for half veggies, a starchy vegetable based carb, a healthy fat, something fermented and protein basically at each meal!
