I have committed to the Whole30. I read the book, I drank the kool-aid.* I unfortunately did not get organized before starting it - a major mistake because I spent most of the day feeling stressed out about what to eat. My toddler was a crazy person and my stress levels were high, I did not budge, but I wanted to. I ended up not eating enough food throughout the day and feeling generally miserable. First thing tomorrow I will head to the store and try to sort out my pantry. breakfast: eggs, apple sausage, banana & black black coffee lunch: tuna salad, carrots, celery, grapes dinner: steak, veggies, salad
*no actual kool-aid was consumed - that would be entirely inappropriate.
