day four: rage & pork chops

Well I found some of that kill-all-things spirit right before making dinner - poor husband. Dinner was simple, pastured pork chops from Riverdale Farmers Market, roasted tomatoes, asparagus and sweet potato. The pork chops were micro-sized so we had some random chicken as well. To celebrate Friday, we indulged in a bowl of fruit with mint and coconut cream on top.
