Before I began From Pasta to Paleo, I was a working culinary professional and student. I was fortunate to work with amazing people and have incredible experiences in the culinary world that included:

- Winning an iron-chef style sponsored cooking competition with Catelli Healthy Harvest.

- Working as a cook at La Palta, a Michelin starred restaurant in the Emilia Romagna region of Italy
